Application of Incoterms 2020 in International Purchase, eCommerce and Supply Contract

Objectives of the course

To strengthen students’ knowledge in application of incoterms while preparing international purchase, conduct eCommerce transaction and supply contract.

Learning Outcomes

The students will understand the eleven incoterms and implications in trade and eCommerce.

Upon completion of the workshop, participants will be able to :

i) Understand the implications of each of the eleven incoterms, and be able to use them in contracts and eCommerce deals.

ii) Understand what is meant by transfer of risk from the seller to the buyer.
