Your IPSHK membership is a well recognised status as a professional practitioner in purchasing and supply. You are entitled to use the designations of “FIPSHK”, “MIPSHK” and “AIPSHK” (depending on your membership grade) in your personal identifications.

Types of Membership
Fellow Member

MIPSHK who have contribution to the Institute and invited by IPSHK Council
High position in purchasing/supply/logistics management profession over a prolonged period of time
Recommended by IPSHK Council members
Fellow Members is entitled to have one vote at all General Meetings

Full Member (MIPSHK)

A degree/diploma accepted by the Institute or its equivalent
Minimum of two years working experience in purchasing and supply or related field
Full Members is entitled to have one vote at all General Meetings

Honorary Fellow [FIPSHK(Hon.)]

The Council may invite a person to become an Honorary Fellows in recognition of their outstanding service in promoting and supporting the objectives of the Institute.
 
Honorary Fellows is a non-voting member

Associate Member (AIPSHK)

An associate degree/diploma accepted by the Institute or its equivalent
Minimum of one year working experience in purchasing and supply or related field
Associate Members is a non-voting member

Affiliate Member

Affiliate Members of the Institute are those persons who wish to be associated with the Institute's activities.
Affiliate Members is a non-voting member

Student Member
Student Members of the Institute are those persons who are enrolled on courses related to approved professional examination schemes of the Institute.
 
Student Members is a non-voting member

Corporate Member

Any organisation, enterprise, company or institution, statutory or business orientated, whose policies and operations involve directly or indirectly in the discipline of purchasing/supply/logistics shall be eligible for election and admission as Corporate Members.
 
Corporate Members is entitled to elect two (2) nominees/representatives/delegates to all sittings and activities so planned, programmed or organised by and in the name of the Institute.
 
Corporate Members is a non-voting member

A "Fellow Member" or "Full Member" or "Honorary Fellow" or "Associate Member" are entitled to use "FIPSHK" or "MIPSHK" or "FIPSHK(Hon.)" or "AIPSHK" as appropriate after their name. These titles are serving as a proof of high level of professional achievement and practical relevant experience.

Remarks:

Entrance fee for Student Member may be waived.
Members should renew their membership in January each year.
Debit notes will be issued prior to the renewal deadline.
Applicants are not required to send any fees until requested.
