Incoterms define the impact of shipping cost, the transition of goods ownership and tax responsibility, etc.

Presenter:        Dr Irene Poon, the Chairlady of Education Committee of the IPSHK, who has more than 25 years of management experience in logistics operations and is a Senior Logistics Consultant in a training house with consultancy services in the areas of logistics and supply chain management.

She also has more than 15 years of teaching experiences in various local and overseas universities, such as Hong Kong Polytechnic University, HKCC and SPEED, The Open University of Hong Kong and Lipac, Northumbria University, Curtin University, Leeds Metropolitan University, University of Huddersfield, Coventry University and Middlesex University.

We have organized a webinar with German Pool regarding Energy Efficient electrical appliances on 12 December 2020(Sat).  

German Pool has been a pioneer in R&D by investing in designing high-quality appliances. The Company is also the owner of dozens of patented products. In 2020, German Pool was awarded Merit on ‘Water & Energy Saving Aerated Showerhead’ in Innovative Water-Efficient Showerhead Design Competition and also the ‘Safety Mark & Eco Mark’ of a Storage Water Heater from Hong Kong Certification Centre. Mr. Aldous Leung, Senior Engineering Consultant of German Pool (HK) Limited, is invited to introduce us the importance of green procurement, how Hong Kong becomes an e- smart city, and how energy-efficient electrical appliances can help achieve it.

Aldous held various management positions in electrical network design and promotion of green electrical appliance in consulting firm, CLP Power and German Pool . He is also a part-time lecturer for the SPACE programme of HKU in electrical distribution installation and utilisation.
